Enter vehicle information only on AutoReturn. Do not put a VIN, plate number, ID, ownership record, access code, or payment information into PPI's general forms.

Protect your vehicle information
AutoReturn is a separate service with its own privacy practices. Information you enter there may appear in the page address or your browser history. Do not share a result link or screenshot if it contains a VIN, plate number, location, or other identifying details.

A record may not yet be available, the vehicle may not be in PPI custody, or the search service may be temporarily unavailable. Call 816-777-8800 for PPI assistance. For a government-ordered tow, also contact the agency that ordered the tow or its official tow service.
