The approval system is active. A story appears here only after the customer chooses a disclosure level, each result is tied to evidence, private information is removed, and the complete text and any images receive written approval.
The customer chooses the disclosure level
Silence is never permission. A customer can approve individual identity, quotation, image, and result fields without approving every field.
Publication gate for every result
- Authority: confirm that the approver can authorize publication.
- Evidence: support every number and outcome with dated records or customer confirmation.
- Privacy: remove resident, tenant, vehicle-owner, plate, access, account, and dispute information.
- Final approval: send the complete copy and images for written customer approval.
- Reconfirmation: review permission annually and honor correction or withdrawal requests.
What “approved” means here
Each published result has a stable record ID and dated source record.
Approval covers the exact identity, quotation, image, and result fields shown—not a blanket request.
Permission is checked annually, and approved identifying material can be corrected or withdrawn.
