We publish a customer name, property name, quotation, or result only when it comes from a genuine customer and can be supported.
Approval before publication
The customer controls whether their name, company, property, city, quotation, and photographs may appear on the website.
Privacy by design
Case studies exclude resident, tenant, vehicle-owner, license-plate, access-code, and other private information.
No exaggerated outcomes
We distinguish observed results from estimates and do not invent percentages, savings, rankings, or legal conclusions.
Corrections and withdrawal
Customers may request a factual correction or ask us to remove approved identifying material by emailing recoverykc@gmail.com.
