Information we collect

When you request a property evaluation, we may collect your name, phone number, email, company or property name, property address, parking concerns, preferred contact method, page visited, campaign source, and an approved partner source code when you arrived through a consented professional introduction or educational link. Partner source codes do not contain a person's name, email, property name, or vehicle information. Employment applications collect the information shown on the application form.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate the property, provide service information, improve our marketing, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Calls, texts, and email

Submitting a form authorizes Private Party Impound to contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply.

Public documents

The Kansas City Tow Bill of Rights can be downloaded without submitting an email address.

Storage, email and access

Property requests and applications are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in the site's restricted database. Email alerts contain only a reference and property or position; names, contact details, addresses, concerns, applicant answers, and attribution remain in the restricted system. Access is limited to authorized personnel and hosting, database, and email providers acting for PPI.

Operational data boundary

Public forms may be used only for prospective property-service inquiries and employment applications. Do not submit vehicle, plate, VIN, driver, resident, customer, access-code, photograph, payment, ownership-document, or active tow-request information through those forms. Authorized property managers should use the protected Manager Login. Vehicle owners should use Find My Vehicle and the dedicated vehicle-owner help page, or call 816-777-8800. Send sensitive documents only through a secure method specifically provided by an authorized representative.

Retention

Unqualified property inquiries are normally deleted after 12 months; qualified or client inquiries are kept for the relationship plus three years. Applicants who are not hired are normally deleted after 12 months. Abuse-prevention records are kept no longer than 90 days. Analytics is limited to 14 months. Legal holds may override these periods.

Analytics and security

Google Analytics 4 is configured with advertising features and advertising storage disabled. Before analytics consent, Google may receive limited consent-denied measurement signals without analytics cookies. Selecting Allow analytics enables fuller measurement of non-sensitive visits and interactions; selecting Essential only keeps analytics storage denied. Form contents, vehicle/customer operational records, and applicant information are excluded. Campaign parameters, approved partner source codes, and the referring page may be stored with a property inquiry. A valid partner source code may be retained temporarily in session storage so the introduction remains attributable if you review a resource before submitting the property-evaluation form.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through this site, review the questions, corrections, and concerns guide, email recoverykc@gmail.com, or call 816-777-8800. PPI must verify identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting protected records. Do not email identification or other sensitive documents unless an authorized representative provides a secure method.
