Private Party Impound Completes Bench Trial in Case Against the City of Kansas City, Missouri; Final Ruling Expected After December 2, 2025
Kansas City, Missouri — Private Party Impound, LLC announces that the bench trial in its case against the City of Kansas City, Missouri and related defendants was held today in Jackson County Circuit Court. Following the presentation of evidence and arguments by both sides, the Court has taken the matter under advisement.
The Court has ordered both parties to submit their proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law by December 2, 2025, after which the Court is expected to issue a definitive ruling. This will be the next major milestone in a case that has significant implications for private property owners, towing professionals, compliance partners, and Missouri businesses that depend on lawful, timely, and transparent Form 4669 processing.
