To claim your vehicle, bring proof of ownership (e.g., registration, title, insurance, or rental agreement) and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you don’t have a driver’s license, a licensed driver must accompany you.
Towing starts at $295 (light duty), with a $130 daily storage fee and a $85–$145 gate fee for after-hours releases. Payment is accepted via cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) in person by the registered owner or authorized agent with valid photo ID. No checks accepted.
If you’re unable to retrieve the vehicle, you can authorize someone else using the 3rd Party Authorization Form by providing your contact info, vehicle details, appointee’s information, and a copy of your valid photo ID.
